1. Introduction

6.2 SYNTHOSENSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

6.3 SYNTHOSENSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS IN THE PLATFORM WILL BE CORRECTED.

6.4 SYNTHOSENSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SYNTHOSENSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SYNTHOSENSE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES).

8.2 You may terminate your account at any time.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

9.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

9.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SynthoSense regarding your use of the Platform.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck.
